I opened my agency in 2005 and currently lead a team of seven. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I served as an officer in the Air Force and later worked for REI. I'm a graduate of the University of Oklahoma and love spending time outdoors, especially mountain biking, skiing, and backpacking.
Being involved in our community is important to our agency, and we enjoy finding opportunities to support and connect with the people we serve.

ROLE DESCRIPTION
As a Customer Service Representative with Scott Kizer - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance business. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agent team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Answer customer inquiries and requests.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Dedicated to customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
