"I recently had to submit a claim to State Farm, and—as many people know—dealing with insurance companies can be a nightmare. Unfortunately, State Farm lived up to that reputation. The one bright spot in the entire experience was Danette from Scott Kizer’s office. She truly listened to my concerns, took immediate action, and even followed up with timely updates. As challenging as State Farm can be, that’s how genuine, caring, and empathetic Danette is.
